Singapore Young Farmers is connected to a global network of young farmers and advocates through the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth (RASC).
Young farmers Kenny Eng and Chelsea Wan attended their first Commonwealth Agricultural Conference in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2008, initiating the KCA's fruitful involvement with the RASC.
KCA has since welcomed 20 young farmers on a mission and understanding trip in November 2011, and is set to host the 27th Commonwealth Agricultural Conference from 2 to 4 November, 2016.
The 27th Commonwealth Agricultural Conference
Come November 2016, 400 business, policy and community leaders in the agricultural and agricultural show industries will come together in Singapore to discuss issues surrounding the theme “Agriculture at the Crossroad: Bridging the Rural-Urban Divide”.
